Let’s be CyberSmart!

Cyberbullying is a new type of bullying by the advance use of information technology. “Let’s be CyberSmart” as a health education program to increase students’ awareness towards Cyberbullying. By holding awareness day, creation of a good will mascot, as well as an informative mobile application “CyberFace”, so as to enhance the sense of empathy and their understanding of seriousness of cyber- victimization.

不少學童「機不離手」,間接引致缺乏運動。大埔仁濟蔡衍濤小學與香港教育學院合作,課堂前透過「Exergaming」(虛擬運動遊戲)讓學生做「早操」,兼邀請郭灝霆、「黑妹」葉姵延等就讀教院的精英運動員,與學生分享奮鬥經歷和參與遊戲,又定期跟進學生情況和給予鼓勵,期望培養他們持續做運動的習慣。教院將測試虛擬遊戲是否能提升學生手眼協調能力和平衡力,若見成效,期望長遠推廣至全港中小學。

未必人人都能成為出色的運動員,但起碼不要被疾病拖垮生活步伐!體適能是身體適應外界環境和日常活動的能力。良好的體適能讓人勝任日常工作,還能使人有餘力享受休閒,確保身體能夠應付突如其來的環境變化及生活壓力。

Trading (Safety Standards) Regulation 2011 covering bunk beds is to keep children safe while they are staying away from home.

The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) reports that international tourist arrivals (overnight visitors) worldwide exceeded the 1 billion mark for the first time ever in 2012, with 1,035 million tourists crossing borders. Long term forecasts suggest that international tourist arrivals worldwide will increase by 3.3% a year to reach 1.8 billion by 2030.
